In this post, we're catching up with Implementation Manager Danica Lukasiewicz. Danica plays an important role in helping clients find success using the ReadySign platform, and works to provide both initial training and ongoing customer support. Read more about Danica below.
When did you join SecureDocs, Inc.*?
I joined SecureDocs, Inc in March of 2021.
What were you doing prior to joining ReadySign?
Before ReadySign, I was a high school teacher in the Bay Area and taught entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.
What do you love about what you do?
I love being able to support all of our clients and creatively problem-solve for anyone who comes to me with an obstacle that’s out of the ordinary. The more difficult the challenge, the more I love solving it! I also really enjoy the relationships I get to build with our clients and getting to know them better during our video conference training sessions.
Why do you think what you do is important to the overall goals of ReadySign?
At ReadySign we really focus on providing simple, affordable software solutions and high-quality support. So as an implementation manager, I get to help set our clients up for success by teaching them how to use the software. Whether it’s in one-on-one training, group training, through our certification, or videos and guides, I interact with every ReadySign customer in one way or another.
What excites you most about the future of the company?
I really like that we have so many ReadySign users within the education space, and as someone with a background in education, I feel like I understand how hard everyone works within that industry. So I’m really excited to continue to work with more school leaders and provide a product that helps make their jobs easier.
What are some activities you enjoy in your free time?
I really love reading and swimming when I have free time. I also love hanging out with my husband, my friends and family, and any and all dogs. I’m a huge crafter and am currently working on a year-long embroidery project and 2 different quilts for a non-profit organization. I also love traveling and recently went to El Salvador with another non-profit called FLOW to help a local school install a water purification system. The one we installed in June has already produced and distributed over 700 bottles (5 gallons each) of clean water to their local communities.
What is your favorite quote?
I don’t really have one but I was given this from a friend and it’s on my wall in my bedroom: “It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live.”
Any other fun facts or hidden talents?
I am the youngest of five girls- my dad only wanted one boy.
I am naturally very crafty- I LOVE giving gifts and planning events, it makes me so happy. Especially if I get to make it or customize it in a way that’s unique to the individual.
I’m trying to teach myself Spanish.
