ReadySign Joins the Onit Family
When we created ReadySign, we were determined to build a simple, easy-to-use electronic signature solution with transparent pricing, backed by a knowledgeable, experienced support team. We saw and heard how frustrating it was dealing with complicated software, confusing pricing structures, and surprise charges and knew we could offer a better experience. We have been able to grow thanks to hard work from our team and meaningful feedback from our customers. When we were presented with an opportunity to join forces with another innovative company that shares a similar set of values and an unwavering commitment to customers, we knew it was too good to pass up.
We are excited to share that SecureDocs, the parent company of ReadySign, has been acquired by Onit, the market leader in enterprise legal management, enterprise contract lifecycle management, and business process automation solutions. Through this acquisition, ReadySign will integrate with Onit subsidiary SimpleLegal, a leading provider of spend, matter, and vendor management software.
Why is Onit acquiring SecureDocs?
By acquiring SecureDocs and its suite of products — including SecureDocs Virtual Data Room, ContractWorks Contract Management Software, and ReadySign Electronic Signature Software — Onit strengthens its position as a modern-day leading contract lifecycle management provider, expands its market reach, and diversifies its product portfolio to include solutions for enterprises and mid-sized companies.
By integrating SecureDocs with SimpleLegal, companies of all sizes will now have a more comprehensive range of solutions when looking to modernize and streamline business processes.
