Instructions: 

Option 1: Pen Icons

When you have documents in your repository the pen icon allows for quick glances to see what stage of the process you are in for each type of document. The colors each have an associated meaning. You can also hover over the pen to see what stage of the signing process the document is currently in. 

Grey= This document has not been sent out for signature yet.

Blue= This document has been sent out for signature, but it is not finalized yet. This could mean no one has signed or some of the signers have completed their portion but all the signers have not completed the form.

Green= This document has been completely filled out by all signers and is finalized.

Red= This document has some kind of alert that you need to be aware of. This could mean a signer declined to sign, asked to sign on paper, or has requested the document be transferred to another signer. Click on the red pen icon to be taken to the Audit Trail where you can see what the alert is.

Option 2: Actions

Once a document has been uploaded to your repository you have many Document Actions that you can take. Click on the three vertical dots in the Actions column to be able to do the following:

• Rename the document
• Download the document
• Move to a different folder in your repository
• Duplicate to the same or a different folder
• Add the document to your Favorites
• Mark the document as Unread
• Delete the document. Once this is done, only your Admin can retrieve this document from the trash.

Option 3: Mass Download

You can select multiple or even all the documents in a folder and download them all at once.

Step 1: Select all the appropriate documents.

Step 2: Click the Download button.
